“ This is the best travel or trekking experience I had in my life before 2018. I completed Kedarkantha trek with Uttarakhand trip trek (UTT) in Dec 20 to Dec 25 batch 2017. The upward trek route started from Gaichan Gaon and we camped at Jalouta and then Pukhrola before reaching the summit. Pukhrola was one the best camping site one can have with sweeping views of Himalayan valleys. Summit experience was amazing due to clear weather. While going downwards we did sliding and then waded through the thick snow to reach Muneila Camp. The subsequent day we walked on ice formed at the heart of Judaa Ka Talaab. We then reached basecamp Sankri the same day. The trek leader Pradeep dhyani was helpful & friendely. The route that was taken by Uttarakhand trip trek (UTT) for the ascent was unique, thus felicitating the breathtaking experience.”

The only problem I faced that the tent’s inner layer formed a thin layer of ice, early in the morning. May be it’s because the temperature dropped too much but apart from that the trek was nice ,decent and reasonable.”

Having gulab jamun and gajar ka halwa at 11,000ft, when it’s cold is just so amazing. Hats off to our ground co-ordinator Prathima.
